Client Agreement
After detailed case-taking, an individual approach is developed to meet the client’s wishes and desired goals.
My services may include the following:
• An analysis of current eating habits
• Individual nutritional recommendations and recipes
• Motivational and implementation strategies
The following rules apply to my services:
§ 1 The Consulting Service
I, Olga Lesnikova, provide the consulting service as a certified holistic nutrition coach. The information does not intend to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The subject of a consulting service is providing an agreed service, not achieving physical results. Despite the greatest care, no guarantee can be given for the correctness and completeness of the information. The success of nutritional advice depends mainly on the cooperation of the client to be advised and cannot be guaranteed. Likewise, no guarantee is given for physical or psychological (subsequent) damage to health occurring after advice from Olga Lesnikova.
§ 2 Confidentiality
The holistic nutrition coach is subject to absolute confidentiality, which relies on trustworthy cooperation between the holistic nutrition coach and the client. The holistic nutrition coach is obliged to treat all client information confidentially. The duty of confidentiality also applies after the end of the nutritional consultation. Exemption from confidentiality towards the treating physician/therapist or any third party takes effect upon receipt of the client’s written or electronic consent.
§ 3 Payment Terms and Conditions
The costs of services are published on the website.
Payment for the consulting service is made either through the built‑in payment system on the website or, upon request, by payment link sent in personal messages.

A 48‑hour cancellation policy applies. Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, any subsequent consultation will be charged in full.
§ 5 Implementation of Nutritional Advice
The contract covers providing an agreed service, not achieving physical results. The assigned consulting service is deemed provided when the necessary case-taking and consultation have taken place and any questions have been addressed. The client agrees that all information provided (personal details, dietary records and health status) is correct and complete.
§ 6 Guarantee
The holistic nutrition coach endeavors to provide the consultation service with the greatest care and in compliance with recognized nutritional knowledge and principles. All recommendations are made conscientiously. However, the holistic nutrition coach does not guarantee the correctness and completeness of recommendations. The success of the consultation service depends mainly on the client’s cooperation and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
§ 7 Liability
Liability for the consultation’s success and possible negative consequences (including direct or indirect subsequent damage) caused by the consultation service is excluded. Liability for any subsequent damage from using the information given during the consultation is excluded.
Note the following information:
The consulting service does not intend to substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. A doctor must medically clarify all ailments or symptoms and any recommended treatment or therapy plan must be approved by a healthcare professional before the consultation service begins. The consultation service represents assistance for self-help, whereby the client bears full responsibility for him- or herself.
§ 8 Final Provisions
Changes and additions to this agreement are only valid in written form (including electronic). Verbal agreements are not possible.
§ 9 Severability Clause
Should any provision of this agreement be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that comes closest to it economically and legally.
§ 10 Declaration of Consent
By paying for the services on the website, the client automatically confirms that they have read, understood and agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
